I’m a huge fan of anything sweet/creamy + savory. One of my dear friends (hi Chelsea!) turned me on to this easy yet delicious recipe of goat cheese filled dates wrapped in bacon. They are a crowd pleaser, simple to put together, and look oh-so-fancy! My family was extremely impressed and happy with me when I baked these yummy bites before dinner the other night. Perfect for hosting a dinner party, when you need some comfort food or to impress someone special.
What you’ll need:
– Organic pitted/un-pitted dates (pits must be removed in order to fill with goat cheese)
– Goat cheese
– Bacon strips, cut into thirds
Bake at 350˚F for about 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and crispy
